Thanks for the analysis and in the main I agree with your thoughts - have been buying and did again today. My thoughts/concerns are around the apparent lack of discipline regarding AR and the possibility that Nathan's involvement on both sides had some influence. Given the potential conflict of interest it would be preferable if a statement were issued clarifying the position/circumstances and before someone says 'commercial in confidence' or 'prejudicial to legal action' there are ways that it could be done which would put shareholders minds at ease without falling foul of either. Processes that allow the build up of such a debt over time before contract termination are sub-optimal (at best); from a commercial perspective whether Andaman were paying or not should be irrelevant if MSV's contract was with SMS. The lack of clarity has allowed too much speculation/discussion regarding what is in the scheme of things a relatively small issue.
