Good post opto its good to be able to think of negatives as well as positives for a company and not be howled down
as we move forward we will see a lot of negatives cleared up. As when the pre FS study is done its up to the company to include every cost even those that might not eventuate
its prudent and good business and then know one gets a shock when they do a BFS usally less than a PFS the cost associated with retrieving REE the capex is high but prices will reflect that and are starting to reflect that now. Soon the results for Nolans will be out to lift the 10 mill ton from infered to indicated and we will get to see if its still open at depth and as the intial focus is only down to 100m what lies below could there be more than the 18+ million tonnes. The other projects will be cream on top of the Nolans cake. But hey if you don't consider both you haven't done good research. ( But would really like to know how much further the ree extends down further.
