Sufficient data is an unknown since we are still in the process of obtaining that data. But I get your meaning to the extent that a possible partner would be willing to back the trials. Once they figure out what is possible and see some results, then the negotiations start to kick in and that is when you both decide on what you would "buy / sell that car for"...... or join forces to seal the deal on a very special drug.
I also think that it would....nay....SHOULD move the stock, (I don't think it would be a big rise) but it is a different world and culture out there, as we all have seen recently. Good luck to the Shareholders AND those afflicted with MPS!
