LOL...poor nicky can't win a trick when it's patently clear that Trump had no other motivation than an unreasoned hatred of anything Obama enacted. Hence his disastrous Iran policy backflips, his failure to replace a very effective health system, environmental policy etc etc...there are too many to enumerate here.
