One more secret Molonski. I had blood triglycerides of 4.8 about 3 yrs ago from minimal exercise and far too much red wine (and Stanton&Killeen Vintage Port, damn those Killeens). Thats diabetes and heart attacks eventually but now back in normal range. Most people surely guilty of letting it slip here and there, definitely me included. BUT obesity should not be accepted as ok IMO.
