An ODE to BOT - part 2

What's the point in waiting. The story did continue after 2019 and this shows you that there's more to this company that
Sofdra. The domino principle has been enacted and this company is starting to get serious. The market is forward thinking
and peeling off 60 million bricks in a short time frame, with acceptances for so much more shows you that the groups involved
in suppressing the share price did a mighty fine job but eventually were overwhelmed. And even at 30c huge coin is interested.
Because the concept of Sofdra being a two to three percent of a market product is sadly not lost on the new coin because they
don't believe it. There's more to all of this that meets the eyes folks that's for sure.

So just enjoy a little bit more of the current activity below.

So I came back withpart 2 after 5 long years

Who would havethought we’d all be confronting our fears

Our story through ourtime has had so many ups and downs

Yet in BOT’s HotCopper corridors there were certainly not many echoes.

Now we’re in June2024 and I believe our great run is yet to occur,

I can hear multipleDi Caprio responses shouting back ‘Iconcur’.

AN ODE TO BOT – part TWO

So with September 19’s great hopesand anticipation,

We all thought BTX acne’s result wouldcome as celebration.

But after the failure of this BTX1503phase 2 trial,

Came an implosion of share priceenough to loosen some bile.

We dropped from an all time high of 28 cents

To prices so low there was no time sittingon the fence.

Shareholders were asking for headsto roll

But some of us were happy just tosit on this toilet bowl.

Once again it seemed we wereentering an abyss,

Once again disgruntled holders weretaking the piss.

Who could really blame them afterthis acne disaster

Surely the brains trust betterstart acting faster.

So in Mid 2020 Vinnie scanned thecontinent for talent full and so rich

He settled at the Uni of QLD wherehe found Dr Mark Blaskovich.

Even the ABC got into this with a 3 part show ‘The SuperbugEra”

Where Mark espousedthe potential of BTX1801 to any possible listener.

Antibiotic resistance is now one ofthe biggest man-made threats,

We were in a fortunate positionhaving plenty of cash and luckily no debt.

We entered this antibiotic Phase 2Ain late December 2020

Hoping for inspiration, success, really anything positive for many.

Itseemed like our antibiotic gel was going to be huge

But you had this feeling that itwas a little too much subterfuge.

When results came out there was awarm and fuzzy glow

But in stepped Covid to temper allof BOT’s BTX shows.

March 2021 and Papopustular RosaceaBTX1702 would be the next one done

We gained study approval to givethis one a good run.

The enormity of success simplycannot be understated

Because Acne hinged on Rosacea andif negative we’d be cremated.

In a September to remember we lookedfor itchy and scratchy mutts

Because the Board thought thatBTX1204A would get us out of the rut.

We had 45 canines at 3 sites over28 days

For me dermatitis is dead and Ithought we only wanted to be like PAA.

We came out very late with thesummary of the canine study

They said no useful data was gainedso it was shelved.

This comment was hidden away everso discretely in the last paragraph

Sometimes with BOT’s ASX announcementsall you could so is laugh.

When you look back in time from May2022 back to the start

A languishing share price, no BTX winners, it was all falling apart.

Then on May 4^tt alongcame an asset named Solpironium Bromide

Suddenly Botanix was like a deer inthe headlights with nowhere to hide.

Many shareholders knew this was atreatment for sweat

It didn’t have a BTX number soexpectations were not met.

However it had done what BOT hadnever done before

Su.ccessfully fulfilled two phase 3 trialsand really nailed the scores.

SB had previously enrolled 700patients in two Phase 3 ‘Cardigan” trials

And very quickly did Vinnie pounceon the FDA to file.

Then the marketing gurus startedtalking numbers and our potential

We had a hunch that opportunitiesand share growth could go exponential.

In September 2022 Vinnie went againwith two outstretched hands

Raising $7.5 million at six pointsix cents and told us to understand.

Here is a product that will quicklygenerate large sales

And make us more attractive tothose big pharma whales.

We again raised five bricks inOctober 22 at 6.3 cents a piece

The sceptics were saying yet againwe’ve been fleeced.

The money was needed after thesuccess of Phase 1b/2 Rosacea

Maybe this BTX 1702 really could clean your face enough to amaze ‘ya.

In October 2022 WBA has stated inVinnie we trust

Probably without the big uncleyears ago we’d all have probably been bust.

Sure we’ve got Uncle Howie with us andDirty Harry in Matt Callahan

But in this big world of pharmasour own big bird Vinnie has the biggestspan.

SB now had been amongst us fornearly a year

Very hard to believe but FDAregistration was really quite near.

You would have assumed that BOT would be focused on SB’s expansion,

So with accompanying share priceincrease some could build their McMansions.

Not so many pictures in 2023 of racing rockets and speedy trains

It appeared that SB was a slow burnon its own time frame.

SB now holds the key to our otherviable assets

Rosacea, Acne and the Antibacterial just so no oneforgets.

These 3 BTX’s could have incrediblefutures

Sure the detractors laughed withtheir bellies in sutures.

Big spikes in our share price keptthe dream alive,

We even got an ASX speeding ticketwhen we went eight point two to ten point five.

In July 23 settling future royaltypayments was the decision

Raising $12.5 million was donesmartly with great precision.

It would allow easier future mergerand licensing opportunities

Not that we were getting a centfrom our studies with dogs and their fleas.

In August 2023 our youthful cherub Howie Mac became the new CEO

Performance Rights if the story isgood would see him rolling in dough.

With his MBA in business we thoughtthe FDA approval was a lay down misere

But stuffing up the usageinstruction seemed to be the Departments only care.

In early September 23 JeffN opinedabout BOT’s opportunity

‘In six months time but now at 11.8you could multiply this by three’.

JeffN really wasn’t too far offcome to think

In May this year we hit 30.5c butit was only a short blimp.

From April till September 23 theupward movement had well and truly begun

Whilst in between Benji Netanyahuwas having troubles with Iran.

The president of Russia VladimirPutin kept attacking Ukraine

As outrage from the rest of theworld grew in support of their pain.

A Complete Response Fail occurred in Grand Final week

To whom do we look for help, towhom do we seek?

Fortunately a Human Factor Validationstudy was completed in very quick time

So for the New Drug Application re-submission we would all be very primed.

So many long termers here waitingfor the final mile.

A true believer is one justmentioned in JeffN

He’s been hangin’ on since Godknows when.

Well I do believe his first everentry was January 2018

And where he thought he’d go from thereremained to be seen.

BOT had 386 million shares in 2018on February the first

We added 109 million soon aftersuch was the thirst.

But JeffN sold out from June 19 toFebruary 21 and was holding 25kay

He posted in Feb21 that management were in moral decay.

He said he had this really bad gutfeeling

He was very upset withmanagements’ wheeling and dealing.

He said his rant was for ‘personalcathartic purposes’

But very strangely next day hebought more to add to his other purses.

In May 22 he chimed in that hehadn’t bought any for a while

His stock holding form had been inhis studys’ bottom file.

‘I feel more confident about Vinnieand even at 7.7cents today’

He was finally comfortable again as‘we were only going to go one way’.

Be greedy when others are fearful

Turned JeffN and others from being bears into bulls.

With constant negativity fromcharming pilbars seemingly born to rule

Here we had one of our own in JeffNbeing nobody’s fool.

From Octobers spring to thecolourful Autumn of 2023

JeffN was again biting his lowerlip with not too much glee.

His sense of despair and déjà vu werevery evident in his words

I especially loved his ‘ we are a minty wrapped up in dogs’ turd‘.

Such fantastic wording coming fromJeffN’s mind

I spent some time searching Hot Copper for thebest of his I could find.

‘The good times with this mob are amirage and disappear’

I hope he doesn’t think I was astalker because he has nothing to fear.

A guy who let his mate into theline in front of me’ he stated.

Holding 30grand of BOT as of April twothousand and twenty three

Slogging it out for many years hewondered whether he would ever be freed.

So nearly eight years have passed as Botanix sprouted fromBone

Some of the BOT holders have usedHot Copper as their home.

In all of those months and yearsthat have passed we have seen all the tricks

And all the other BTX’s hopefully willbecome more of our foundation bricks.

Putting words together with realmeaning luckily comes quite easy to me.

Trying to capture our struggle andturmoil

Using laughter and comedy togetherhas always been a great foil.

So there you have our long story inprose and in rhyme

Some of my lines seemed average yetsome could be sublime.

Putting together managements’ resilience and shareholders’ resistance

Has finally managed to get us overthe FDA line and that’s just persistence.
