The only way left to deal with the oddly conceived concept of the entire program ( the offer letter should always have been public ), is to hobble along with a lid on the leaks until media and ASX are notified.


I would not be surprised if the latest developments urge the ministry to get this over with before the entire program becomes a ridiculed entity, much in contrast to the speculated onset of new lignite era for Victoria being set in motion by this program.
