IMO, the letter will sent out already or just about to sent out and that's Ann put on website without confirmation by the ALDP board, SOmeone must click accidently. It is BS for me, ALDP said they have not completed yet then why it is happened such a critical Ann on Governmenet website. They cannot say Yes today and nextday say No again. It is not child play game. I am sure that will push ALDP again like ARUP article.
