Having seethed quietly at others in the past who point out long after the fact that they sold at such and such a price, I will not become the argument of my own scorn and wish to point out that I have sold my holding in IOH - at 1.70 if you must know (!).

Nothing to do with the uptrend in IOH, nor the great value it already offers, nor the multiples in share price that I still think are coming down the line to those who hold.

Simply that the family is very soon to expand and as single income family status looms again the lowest risk position for the money is paying down the mortgage.

I will certainly continue to track (with great, and likely jealous, interest) the fortunes of IOH and when the chance comes around will look to re-enter.
