You are right, bantrybay. I am not God, and Duncan may not believe in Him. However, this is a little like someone going through a red light, then when fined they say they didn't know, or they didn't see it. I decided that Duncan should at least be warned of the wrath to come. He will not be able to plead innocence or that he didn't know.
This situation is not unlike these thugs who kill someone in an unprovoked fight, then say sorry, expecting to get away with it. Duncan will be answerable - he cannot blame anyone else. You and I are appalled that someone could act and lie in the manner he has. It has been HIS CHOICE. He must answer to every shareholder for those choices - both for their financial loss as well as for the pain and suffering this has caused.
As he admitted yesterday, the company is under investigation by ASX. He knows what he has done, but like most seasoned thieves, they argue to themselves that it is justifiable. One asks "On what basis"?
