Ronraine, someone asked Duncan yesterday if he was under investigation by ASX and he said words to the effect of 'yes, but that it was under control'. Knowing his prevaricating ability, I would guess the latter half of that statement is not true.
With regard to ASIC, I have contacted them several times but do not know the state of progress. I have a feeling that all these government bodies would be communicating effectively together.
What do they say, where there is smoke there is fire?
