    re: hookes trial - don't be too hasty in judgement simon, hate to break this to you but it would be a brave judge who'd find you guilty even of that ducring such turbulent circumstances. Was it self defence? Was it provocation? Was Hooksey really pushing the bouncer around, shoving his head in front of the bouncer's face and "begging" him to punch him? Sorta like this:

    "Yeah, oh, yeah? Go on, then punch me if you reckon you can? Yeah? you and whose army? You &&&&**&**^%&*&** moron! I'll tell everyone on the radio? Who me p*&*&*&*&*? You're the one who's f*&*&*&*&*& p*&*&*&*&i! Go on, punch me then!"

    And, of course, the inevitable puch comes, the guy is floored, his head is split because there was a paver jutting out (sue the council, maybe) and disaster all round!
