re: hookes trial - don't be too hasty in judgement refussing to leave a licenced premises is illegal. (even the foot path) with out knowing anything about the case, i would suggest hooksey would of been arguing for a prelonged period of time, and had been asked to leave the hotel in which he refused, bouncer lost his cool and pushed him.
