re: peaceful area stability rules ds, the TFG seems to be fragmenting. left hands are not speaking to the right hands and each have their own agenda. If the TFG falls apart, what will then happen to the UN 70m euro and the UK 18mUSD. They can't afford to lose this aid.
The Puntland governing body seems to be the only one that knows what it is doing and is not backflipping.
