thanks for all feedback so far, it seems at least an additional 2-3% of owners would support this wind-up/capital return agenda for the company.

I still have not heard from the company...
keep in mind that simply 25% votes against the remuneration policy at the next AGM - almost guaranteed at this point - will prompt a board spill vote under the 'two strike rule' (given last year they had a 'first strike' against the remuneration policy). in my mind this seems incredibly likely now.
