What's really needed here is an individual to put themselves forward to take on MD role. This is what happened with Datadots. Even if there is a second strike, all that's needed is 50% for MD and Chair to be retained when positions spikled. Meridian and Farjoy may vote as a block to protect their people.

As I've said before I'd expected STAM to make a move by now. It wouldn't be hard to find someone to do this role.

If you get to 5% or band together enough holders to call an EGM and put yourself forward for MD Puppyeh I imagine a lot of people here would support. Heck even I'd buy back in and take a punt if that happened. But unfortunately maybe it's because I just finished reading a book from the 1950s bemonaing shareholders for blindly following management recs. whenever something goes to a vote, but it happens all to frequently when management rec. seems to win out even when you wouldn't expect.
