Problem is puppyeh is that in your points 1-4 the money is gone and not coming back and they don't care what happens to their reputations because their reputations amongst corporate Australia is terrible anyway!
As to # 5 if they've started the unwind process why would they need to appoint Stein as a director?
If it was me I'd be calling that shareholders meeting to roll them all sooner rather than later.
