    Have you also forgotton that Citigold need at least $30-40m to open up Sunburst in order to attain long term sustainable mining volumes & growth... The Arabs changed their mind about that investment, didn't they... So, with Dubai short changing the deal, the only course for now is retained earning for expansion is it not?
