    I think Mark Lynch is potentially a great asset for the company. With his family connection and large shareholding, he has a lot of "skin" in the game, which is what you want in a CEO. So far he's no Rupert Murdoch or Andrew Forrest, but his commitment to the company is surely more than what we can expect from any replacement
