he’s also a first time chairman so he’s in charge of the governance aspect of the company.

he tried to take in too much and has failed.

the board and management team has demonstrated many times it’s not capable of navigating this company through capital raising, shareholder engagement and clinical trials.

now he’s having to deal with a potential law suit.
