Having worked on both sides of the shareholder/exec fence people need to realise a few things:
Directors are responsible / accountable to all shareholders not just the vocal few who frequent HC
Under the ASX continuous disclosure requirements, releasing partial parcels of information is very dangerous and most D&O insurers will void your policy if disclosure is outside business norms - just look at the vitriol with regards the comments in the quarterly
Biotechs are for the patient but hopefully good things come to those that wait
Personally I am massively overweight in this stock and keen to see it back at 20cents (what a wonderful January that was) but also want to see a solid foundation built for that trade sale that eclipses APT!!
