    my post wasn't 100% correct.

    i stated 50 million shares near $3.50 to raise $175 million but it appears they want $75-$100 million and will get it at closer to $4/share perhaps.

    the rest was just an observation of recent events culminating in fridays fall and mondays trading halt.
