BCI and APC may have their own technical problems but the situation at SO4 has arisen because of more than technical bad luck.
I haven’t followed BCI as closely as APC but APC has appeared to be far more risk averse than SO4.
The nature of their debt, approvals and project execution is markedly different to SO4.
The obvious concern with BCI is the ability to do what Dampier Salt failed to do and that is produce potash from sea water.
