For those watching this there are any number of indicators that are, imo, about to confirm further developments and imminent acquisitions.
As Ozelectro stated, Uran has now hit its 5 month high.
In fact 2008 has been the turnaround.
The focus on uranium reserves, advanced projects and closed mines OVERSEAS means Uran is focused on near term production opportunities.
The ex Soviet countries, particularly Ukraine,are offering excellent opportunities for Uran to acquire projects THIS YEAR.
Currently in Ukraine we have two advanced projects about to be acquired.
How soon? The company stated April and May. In other words, 'yesterday!
Those acquisitions are now imminent.
The market cap is barely 14 million.
Currently sub 60 million shares on issue.
Negotiating in at least 6 countries re uranium and are about to acquire a Tungsten project in the US.
Ukraine currently has up to 4 projects in the mix. The earlier mentioned 2 projects and the recently announced Novok mine consortium.
The upcoming uranium conference in a little more than two weeks will reveal much about this project in Ukraine as it will be delineated by one of the presenters invited to the conference from Ukraine.
The company also has a major presence in the Czech Republic.
Currently the favoured partner to participate in future mining opportunities in the only operating uranium in Europe (Rozna)
Currently the company has half a dozen applications in that country awaiting deliberation.
The company also has a focus in Uzbekistan, and MOU in Kazakhstan and a tender in Bulgaria.
From such a low base/market cap any news on developments, particularly acquisitions in Ukraine will re rate this company markedly.
Worth further research and a call to the company to confirm current status.
