My discussions with AGS was that no one but a very select few will be privy to AGS's modus operandi with regard to settling the M&D Case. Obviously!

Coupled with the fact that any Heathgate stooge could buy shares in AGS and turn up to a meeting.

An AGS Director is not going to divulge sensitive material to a random shareholder.

Any AGS Director that talks to anyone that is not part of our legal team will be talking as though they are talking to Neal Blue himself.

Sometimes it's better to recognise that others are more equipped at resolving a dispute that is technical in nature.
