It comes down to the Law and the Court system/judgement.
In that I believe/assume if our case is strong we are better than an even money chance of getting the 75% back. As I. Gandel told me theres no certainy in Legal Matters.
I'm happy for AGS's management to have a crack at the return(75%) even allowing for the power and smarts of the BBros.The BBros dont roll over, why should AGS!
Sometimes right wins out over wrong.You never know if you dont have a go.!
As with you, if AGS ends up with the 25% so be it,its better than a kick in the backside. I wont belittle Management if AGS's Court battle costs us.
Bring on the Court case. Then we can get on with it. One way or the other.
