Tread your own path is my view...know yourself and your style...don't try to fit into someone elses style, stick with what works for you.
....getting on the runners from small caps is a tough business like any investment...generally the very best you will get is 6 to 8 out of ten...with gains from small to large...chasing one for another is fraught with danger, jumping in and out is not always a good move as you have a mentality of making small profits...As WD Gann said "get to know your stocks like a cow knows it calf" and hang on for the long ride....that's where the real money is made....that is providing everything continues to be positive of course for the stock.
I am not that interested in 20 or 50% percenters...I look for multiples of entry price and when just one stock out of 5 gets on a roll for at least a 5 bagger that is much more profitable than turning over stocks for anything less than 100%. As a general rule I have one stock that comes good every year.
I like the KGL story, we have funding and could commence construction very soon. To me, the potential upside against political problems is a risk reward ratio worth taking. How many have as low a cash cost as Andash after copper credits.
There will be people that buy after the news of approval, if and when of course, but you will pay a higher price for entry. This can be a negative as then you have to live through a period where it can go well below your entry price as soon as you get in, before the next bout of news moves it again.
Jumping on before everyone else, gets you in at base level, but what it does mean is that you have to be more patient and be willing to ride the ups and downs for a while.
As to the opinion better value elsewhere in the short term, that is only one's perception. This seems as good as any to me giving it 12 months.
