As far as presenting your case goes, if you can do it without badgering or baiting the other side, please do so.
As far as TOU complaints being lodged about post on the GWR threads go, there have been quite a few lodged against you and your style of posts.
The number of the assorted posts against you pales in comparision to the number of TOU violations reported by you alone against other posters on this thread, over 16 in a few hours last night, then heaps again in a 45 minute period early this afternoon.
You complain to members reading the thread, you complain to HC admin and you protest to all that you're making only fair and balanced posts. That's your opinion.
Several have requested a complete seperation between the GWR camp and the FAS one. I don't believe that is the right thing to do, even if the proposed merger was not a fact.
To my mind, anyone can post on a thread for any company whether they hold stock in that company or not. The forum exsists for exchange of information and ideas. But that exchange and those posts need to be in a civil and reasoned manner, not with bravado and badgering.
