if big wigs had been happy to roll up their sleeves, work for modest salaries and share options, vcr would probably now be trading at $20 per share, big wigs would now be able to lick the cream, and enjoy the cream for life...

however big wigs got their cream years ago - now all they have left for shareholders is crumbs.

so many examples of this. great tech but directors want the rewards before the hard work is done! some big bio will probably snap up the intellectual property for a song and it will be that companies shareholders that get to lick the cream and sail into the sunset.
