During 2022 the supply cost of a container of furniture was US$8000 for NCK. And even so NCK reported a massive +70% increase in profit. They now pay a huge drop in container price of US$800. So it computes that they can now reduce prices to attract the cash strapped buyers. I think the profit will continue to be good.Moreover NCK is now undervalued at the current price of around $10.20 which is around 23.6% below its estimated Fair Value of $13.38.And it has also increased its Dividend. Current Yields 7.38%It's a wonderful well managed company with great sofas and customer service. Hold it for long time
