I don't know if all of that has already been factored into the share priceJust personal feeling that NCK is now containing higher risk (mainly based on my previous unmatured investment experiances).
If hiccup were unfortunately to happen, it could be a few things happen simultanuously, like reduced profit, goodwill write off, dividend drop, etc. Not sure if the prophecy will ever going to be proven. But share price could drop at larger scale when things are actually happening.
