If there are large buyers again as happened in Feb 2017, another few hundred million trading volume will send the sp back to 0.010 and above. Hope we will hear soon the notice of substantial holding from Hanlong to Chinese Development Bank (CDB). This will strongly signal to the market that the rail way and port infrastructure contract and financing, and miner's equity partners may be secured soon.
