The major shareholder presently owns 1.66 billion shares (23.7 per cent out of 7 billion shares outstanding) and 2.0 billion options, exercise price at 0.006, expiry date on 31 August 2017.

Question: Will this major shareholder exercise his options at 0.006 on 31 August 2017 or Will this major shareholder sell his options to other companies (let say Chinese companies) off market at certain price and let these Chinese companies exercise the options at 0.006 on 31 August 2017.

Hypothetical question: If you are the major shareholder and also major option holder, what will you do?
