    What I do know is this company got pumped beautifully before the last meeting just a month or two ago and they can easily do it again when in it's in the right peoples interest.

    Only caveat to this happening is that if the meeting between Xi and Biya goes well, they won't need to manufacture a pump, the SP will rise on its own accord.

    Win win either way.
