If you havent got a bunch of these stories over the last year then we would question what you have been doing. If you follow T4P purely because of his MPO tip then you may get a few MMB's and GDN's along the way. but if thats your investment style (following what he tips) then good on you.

My only point would be dont do it because you think GDN is going to be $6 do it because you see they have good assets and will manage them well.

Also well done on MPO. i am not against making money wally.
