No. What you state is false. He stated there is no evidence of any debt covenants. I showed there was.
AJM did not mention or announce the prior breach and that ASX forced them to announce it. That appears to be very poor reporting.
AJM at no time has stated that the company is in compliance with debt covenants as at the end of September 2019 - please screen shot for everyone here to remove this doubt once and for all....

Everything I am saying is reasonable. If you like to not know the risks or look at this logically that is your decision as an investor.
Breaching debt covenants may have serious implications for the company. I want this concern removed by the AJM.
Why have this an an outstanding concern for anyone looking to invest ! It is a simple update to all shareholders.
