Unfortunately AJM shareholders have been left out in the cold for some time due to an inability of your Directors to come up with suitable refinance arrangements in a timely manner. Receivership is Receivership!

Fairly sure the note holders gave 'waivers' on payments until the 31st as well, so its not just making a new finance deal. AJM would have needed a deal done a few weeks before to secure what ever funds were required to be payed on the 31st.
