An unholy Trinity: USD 125m < 10 mths to resolve....., page-556

Someone who  intrigues me is the never-recognised-by-Altura  new (now ex) CFO, Rod Wheatley.
It is a crucial company job.


According to his linkedin page he has been AJM  CFO since  September 2019.





According to Avenira his departure from there was effective August 26, 2019 [ref].

But the 2019 [Altura Annual Report] published October 31, 2020 makes no mention of him.

Neither is ex CFO Paul Mantell named as CFO there.
- Neither  in that annual report nor on his linked in page : [linkedin]

Rod Wheatley was not at the recent general meeting and when I asked about him (after there was a comment about people who were involved with refinancing being out of the state),  Alex Cheeseman and the company secretary (the only two key staff present) looked at each other and Alex said something like “oh yes him ... yes he knows”.


My question is why was this new CFO never formally acknowledged?
Was Rod Wheatley the person who opened the data room to representatives from  Resource Capital Funds, PLC and Galaxy??
Who appointed him ?
