I have never believed that we were being underpaid on a metrics basis - purely & simply - when I sell something I would like to know that I am getting paid for what is reasonably there.
If I think there is a 3rd bedroom in the house I am not going to sell the house on the basis that I am being paid $250k per bedroom and that is a good deal per bedroom - but hey, I think there is 3rd bedroom there!!! So, $500K for a 3 or 4 bedroom house looks poor no matter what the real estate agent is telling me.
We can pick holes in my example but you know what I mean.
I only believe what I see now - we will no doubt hear lots of excuses and things behind the scenes - I rate them a big ZERO - just watch the approvals come out when / if STO gain control
Probably deep down I don't expect to be on the winning side here and if 3rd bidder does not come probably expect STO to win the day.
But until then....not interested in what the Romans have done for us or will do for us, not one bit.
Anyway, I will leave it that.
