But those lovely option holders who bravely supported CDY in a very dark hour will collectively convert 32.4m shares paying 18cps whilst HLG might get 50m shares at a giveaway 9cps. It's a land grab in broad daylight and should not accepted.
I'm pleased you're well positioned Pharma. I'm the same, but that doesn't stop being objective with this resolution.
