Any large upswing in CDYs revenue fortunes,(not necessarily SP) and there could be many, will not make any difference to BLCs qualifying criteria for the second tranche.
Once the first year is over and its all squared away. Thats it.
Its not like its an ongoing yearly event.
All the lovely Shareholders stumping up 18c for the options when the SP is at 30 will put how much money in CDYs kitty?
Several million.
And they got them for nothing apart from buying a proportionate amount at 7.5c in the share issue.
Im happy and remain very optimistic having taken steps to accumulate enough to cover below the option price.
