If you intend to buy Evolis etc. online from AN1/Advangen set aside up to an hour of your time to deal with the embedded IT difficulties if you persist with the frustration. Far easier on your time and mental health to visit any other stockist website.
Instead of first fixing the perpetual online ordering system failure they went mad through December 2021 and January with the absurd and annoying number of incessant emails (almost daily) to customers offering every conceivable type of special discount. It smacked of either desperation or a scam; as well as being ridiculous.Guess who is responsible.
Is there any aspect of this beleaguered company that is not mismanaged?
