I interpreted -
“ … changes to … the commercial approach to international market penetration”
as code for -
"Forget about the US, and possibly South Korea, don’t anticipate any new expansions into Europe or the rest of the Asia, and you certainly won’t see us in any retail store next time you take your international trip".
I would hope it doesn’t necessarily imply that ‘China is simply too hard for us’.
