The bondholders deadline has been extended until 2nd September matey. It is my opinion that ANL have a very good case for compensation from Fluor Daniel. Fluor have foreseen that likelihood by initiating court proceedings against Dynatec (Sherritt).
Interesting matey that the bond holders deadline & the date of the arbitration result will just aout clash. I can't really see the bondholders accepting a lower repayment offer until the arbitration result is known matey.
