Not so fast Colonnade ... None of us is privvy to what value these guys see in there takeover targets and what plans they have for them or their various businesses and business relationships. Hopefully they will announce sooner rather than later their intentions.

From my point of view, I placed importance on the Western Gas relationship with PGS and the common thread between PGS and EPG for well development technologies ... Western Gas has a pretty good reputation in well completions.

This gets a cautious tick of approval from me at this stage.
