Correct me if I'm wrong Doole but didn't MS step down of his own volition due to the illness of his wife? And then he acted in a sort of honorary capacity for a while, helping out in a time of transition to SC assuming both Chair and CEO roles.
So I'm not sure if MS "fell hard". But I sure think we needed to separate SCs roles. It does not/didn't work as it was.
