Well one of the good things about this cap raise is that it should pave a clear runway all the way to the options inflow next year - which i believe won't happen until the last couple of weeks.
Much motivation for the company to get shareholder interest above the strike price and with money in the door, could become self-fulfilling - for a while at least.
This process should give the company about two years to get cash-flow positive and completely de-risk and/or become a takeover target at very attractive (to shareholders) prices.
A few shillings and a crystal ball is all we need - is that too much to ask?
