Yes, very impressive case report.
I'd love to think that SUD could do something with this, and it may be the reason for PHs appearance. If so we can look forward to the rerate. In fact I may be a potential candidate for the anagrelide myself having a few too many of those pesky AKs, BCCS, SCCS etc.
What an exciting possibility, I could end up being a winner both ways.!!
I'm not holding my breath just yet as I suspect a long and winding road to get there.
