hopper is chairman, unlikely he will have any involvement day to day. he will attend monthly board meeting and collect his fee and free options. when they need to raise cash I'm sure they will tap his network. he has nothing to loose by sitting on the board and no capital at risk. SC runs the company, the chairman does not much. if Hopper was named CEO things might be different. dyor
