Thanks, although I reckon the author is skipping a few necessary steps. Don't you need to make an offer and then have it accepted before "declining to proceed with a deal"?
What does "looked at" even mean? Given SelfWealth is publicly listed and (as a shareholder) I don't even recall seeing an offer isn't that phrase a bit of a nonsense?
